Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

We do not keep any details of our customer other then what we need to to get all order and deliveries sent to you.


OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU

Our acceptance of your order will take place at cart, and once items have been paid for; if for any technical error of product been out of stock due to each item been hand made and designed and we can not process the order to deliver it to you. 

At this point, a contract for the sale and purchase of the ordered products will come into existence between you and us (“Contract”).

If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this by email and or call you and will not charge you for the products. This might be because:-

  • the product is out of stock;

  • we have identified an error in the price or description of the product;

  • you have exceeded our Maximum Purchase Policy of the items.

  • your billing name and address does not match that of the credit card used for payment;

  • we need to deal with technical problems with the product or make minor technical changes; or

  • we need to update the product to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements.

Refund Policy - the basics

If you change your mind about a product, we do not do exchange or refund if the item has arrived to you and or has been paid for. We will refund or exchange those products within 30 days of the order been made only if the Items are in original condition, not used, not been worn or washed and are accompanied by the original packaging.
